Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to the senior population
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and update treatment plans
• Document services in compliance with Medicare guidelines and assist with community education

Required Qualifications

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients through kindness and accountability
• Ability to work 16-28 hours per week remotely
• Successful completion of a full background check is required
• Experience in group therapy, individual sessions, and family therapy is preferred
