Job Summary

Seeking a Minnesota Licensed Mental Health Therapist who speaks fluent Mandarin, the part-time 1099 Contractor will provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, adults, couples, and families, with a preference for in-person care delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Providing evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices to a diverse caseload
• Managing client care and responding to clinical crises as needed
• Utilizing advanced matching technology to connect with well-matched clients

Required qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license, with no current or past disciplinary action
• Experience with evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT
• Ability to deliver care to children, adults, couples, and families, preferably in-person
• Full-time resident of the United States and licensed in Minnesota
