Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, prepare, and review documents for loan closing while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Communicate challenges and provide clarifications to ensure a smooth closing process
Coordinate with title and escrow companies and deliver accurate closing packages

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma
At least 2 years' experience in residential mortgage closing
At least 2 years' experience working with Encompass LOS software
Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations
Familiarity with closing in multiple states
