Job Summary

A company is looking for a MyChart Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate electronic access to health information through the patient portal
• Investigate and resolve software issues while coordinating with others
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Post High School Degree in health or IT related field or 3 years of experience with patient health information
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification preferred
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
