Job Summary

A company is looking for a Neonatal Database Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, submission, and quality improvement initiatives in the Department of Neonatology
• Oversee the collection and submission of data to various neonatal databases
• Manage a team of Clinical Data Coordinators and provide data reports to support neonatal teams

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree
• Active nursing license in the State of Minnesota
• Minimum of 5 years in a clinical healthcare role, with experience in a Level III/IV NICU
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of patient privacy and healthcare industry issues, including HIPAA
