Minnesota Licensed Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support secure banking operations, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Network Security Engineer will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure while ensuring cybersecurity controls and compliance in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Implement secure network architectures and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for network outages and participate in incident response

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity operations
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies (Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
• Experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco ASA
• Understanding of cloud networking (Azure/AWS) and cybersecurity principles
