Job Summary

To support patient care in the EEG Diagnostic Lab, a part-time Minnesota Licensed Neuroanalyst will monitor and interpret EEG recordings for anomalies or seizure activity, document findings in the electronic medical record, and alert attending physicians during evening shifts from 7pm to 11pm, transitioning to a fully remote position after initial in-person training.

Key responsibilities:
  • Monitor and interpret continuous EEG recordings to identify ictal, interictal, and paroxysmal events
  • Document findings in the electronic medical record with detailed annotations and notify attending physicians of detected anomalies
  • Analyze seizure activity and correlate EEG findings with clinical and video data
Required qualifications:
  • R. EEG T. certification in EEG and CLTM in Long-Term Monitoring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Long-Term Monitoring in the ambulatory setting, EMU, or critical care post-certification in LTM
  • Or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
  • NA-CLTM (Neuroanalyst) credential is preferred
  • Associate degree or higher, or a graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Neurodiagnostic program is preferred
