Minnesota Licensed Neurology Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Neurology Utilization Review Independent Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Prior Authorizations for treatment using accepted medical guidelines and provide unbiased assessments
• Ensure compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations during reviews
• Work flexibly, completing cases that typically take 30-60 minutes, for a total of 1-2 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Neurology
• Must have 5 years of patient care experience, including residency
• Must have an unrestricted state medical license in Minnesota
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
