Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - MN (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions
• Conduct patient visits that allow for personalized care and education
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians and care coordinators to enhance patient support and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state; multiple state licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Strong proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records
