Job Summary
To support a growing digital clinic, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Nurse Practitioner will deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver medication for opioid use disorder to patients in a remote setting
- Independently initiate and oversee buprenorphine treatment as part of a multidisciplinary care approach
- Collaborate with a team to support patient recovery goals through a harm reduction philosophy
Required qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota or other specified states
- At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong patient-centered practice
- Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
- Interest in full-time work (30-40 hours/week) with flexible shift options
