Minnesota Licensed Oncology Nurse Liaison

Job Summary

To support a growing oncology practice, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Oncology Nurse Liaison will provide assessment, education, and therapeutic interventions for clients and their families while serving as a liaison between the physician and the interdisciplinary team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Provides ongoing assessment, monitoring, and client education regarding health needs and prescribed medications
• Documents treatment and discharge plans accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders

Required qualifications

• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Behavioral Science
• 3 years of experience in a mental health or related setting
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) is required for in-person roles
