Minnesota Licensed Oracle Fusion Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, the remote contract Minnesota Licensed Oracle Fusion Analyst will establish usage strategies, design dashboards, and blend data sources while collaborating with HR and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and implement the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence usage strategy, including governance and expansion
- Design and build operational reporting dashboards, including a Leave of Absence dashboard for people leaders
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence implementation, including dashboard and semantic model development
- Strong background in reporting and analytics across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM data structures and Payroll data
- Experience handling and modeling large data volumes
- Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud or related Oracle data platform components
