Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients, primarily ages 15 and older
• Collaborate with psychiatry, case management, and other support services

Required Qualifications

• Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota
• Proven experience providing therapy services as an independently licensed therapist
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
