Minnesota Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LICSW/LPCC) will provide virtual outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults, conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, and trauma
• Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, and other support services

Required qualifications

• Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota
• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed professional
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
• Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
