Minnesota Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting the Investments division, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Paralegal will manage legal and business transactions, assist with deal documents, and provide regulatory and compliance support, with the flexibility of a hybrid or remote work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Support legal and business teams on transactions by assisting with deal documents and related activities
• Draft, maintain, and update internal corporate documents and resources
• Conduct research and develop options related to legal, regulatory, and business matters, while coaching business partners on implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in transactional and/or corporate governance work
• Ability to evaluate and tailor electronic tools for legal and compliance needs
• Strong understanding of business operations to guide outside counsel effectively
