Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Safety Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and review potential quality issues and patient safety events
• Conduct detailed investigations, including root cause analysis and documentation
• Participate in quality committees and collaborate with Medical Directors on complex cases

Required Qualifications

• RN with a current, active license in the state
• 3+ years of clinical medical/surgical experience
• 3+ years of clinical acute behavioral health experience
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and synthesize information
• Organizational skills for quality data reporting
