Minnesota Licensed Personal Lines Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking a Minnesota Licensed Personal Lines Advisor, the full-time role will manage personal insurance sales, utilizing leads to provide tailored insurance solutions while working in a hybrid environment from St. Paul or Plymouth, MN.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand various Carrier Appetites and work closely with Carrier Underwriters for risk placement
• Utilize agency management and rating systems to deliver accurate quotes and execute policy correspondence
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and carrier representatives

Required qualifications:

• Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
• More than 3 years of P&C/PL related industry sales and service experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required with additional learning/certifications
• Comprehensive experience with the New England/Northeast P&C markets
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems, preferably EPIC
