Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Medication Access Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for medication access and affordability services across multiple client partnerships
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing supervisors and team members to ensure operational excellence
• Monitor workflows and service outcomes to meet or exceed established standards and client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives
• Minimum 1 year of experience in health system pharmacy or specialty pharmacy setting
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or personnel management experience
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration and active CPhT certification required within specified timeframes
