Minnesota Licensed Pharmacy Manager
Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership for medication access services, the fully remote Manager, Medication Access Strategy and Operations will oversee prior authorization processes, patient assistance programs, and coordinate with care teams to ensure efficient medication access and optimal patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Directs and oversees all medication access and affordability services across multiple client partnerships
- Recruits, trains, and develops high-performing supervisors and team members to ensure operational excellence
- Monitors workflows and service outcomes, establishing key performance indicators and implementing enhancement strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives
- At least 1 year of experience in a health system pharmacy or specialty pharmacy setting
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or personnel management experience
- State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration obtained within 2 months of start date
