Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Support Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume in-bound and out-bound calls for medication adherence and prescription refill
• Provide administrative support to pharmacy staff and assist in training new hires
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Registered Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
• 6+ months of call center experience
