Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physical Therapist Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine medical necessity and clinical appropriateness of treatment
• Develop and implement clinical policy and guidelines
• Contact providers to address treatment trends and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of residence
• 5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in Adult Outpatient Orthopedic or Pediatric Outpatient settings
• Ability to interpret guidelines and research in physical therapy practice
• Experience in consultative roles with clinical and non-clinical professionals
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools
