Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in Minnesota for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance access to quality care
• Manage patient appointments, including initial visits and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in the state of Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years of prescribing experience post-PMHNP Certificate preferred
• Availability for 32 hours per week during CST hours
• Experience with CMHC diagnoses and willingness to treat patients across all acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred
