Minnesota Licensed Pork Veterinarian

Job Summary

To provide technical support for assigned Strategic Pork Producer Accounts, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Pork Veterinarian will collaborate with account managers, deliver scientific expertise, and develop strategic account plans while working remotely in Minnesota or northern Iowa.

Key responsibilities

• Calling on pork producers and veterinarians to provide scientific support and enhance competitive advantage
• Delivering technical training and education to colleagues within the pork business unit
• Building and maintaining relationships with key industry leaders to support customer needs and long-term partnerships

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent
• Two years post-doctoral experience in clinical practice, academia, research, or industry
• Current knowledge in veterinary medicine and pork production management
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and ability to learn internal systems
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
