Job Summary

A company is looking for an LPN - Senior Health TCU.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support and administers therapies as delegated by providers
• Coordinates patient flow, manages medical information, and assists with procedures
• Processes physician orders and ensures exam rooms are clean and stocked

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program
• Licensed Practical Nurse MN BON or Licensed Practical Nurse Wisconsin (if applicable)
• Current BLS certification from an approved organization or in-house training (within 30 days of hire)
• Two years of clinic LPN experience preferred
