Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician - Minnesota Licensed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide text-based and video-based comprehensive clinical care, including primary care, urgent care, and behavioral health
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans
• Prescribe medication and refills as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of post-residency experience as a primary care physician
• Active MN state medical license without restrictions
• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and treating acute illnesses and managing chronic conditions
• Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
