Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Project Specialist to manage complex customer inquiries and support project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Adhere to standard protocols and implement feedback from Project Manager and Supervisors
• Create and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
• Flexible and customer service focused
• Ability to handle changing or competing priorities
• Strong technical orientation and excellent computer skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
