Job Summary
To support permitting operations, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Project Manager will manage multiple permitting projects, advise clients on approval processes, and collaborate with municipal officials to expedite project timelines in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets to streamline complex processes
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes for fast and efficient outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience in architecture, construction, or permitting
- Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and municipal officials
- Proficient in using relevant software tools and adaptable to new systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field
