Job Summary
To drive clinical improvement initiatives, the fully remote, salaried Senior Quality Improvement Consultant will lead complex quality and safety projects, collaborating with operational leaders to enhance performance and patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead investigations of quality and safety issues to prevent recurrence and improve patient outcomes
- Facilitate multifaceted quality and performance improvement projects, ensuring sustainable changes and monitoring outcomes
- Provide coaching to less experienced consultants and assist leaders in establishing performance standards and metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-9 years of experience in quality/performance improvement
- Six Sigma Lean Gold, Silver, or Black Belt certification within 2 years
- Experience leading improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting
- Advanced analytical skills, including data collection and interpretation
