Job Summary

To drive strategic quality improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Principal Quality Improvement Consultant will lead complex projects, collaborate with operational leaders, and utilize performance improvement methodologies in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of quality and safety issues to enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs
• Facilitate performance improvement projects, partnering with local teams to implement sustainable changes
• Coach less experienced consultants and assist leaders in establishing performance standards and metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in Quality/Performance Improvement
• Six Sigma Lean Silver, Gold, or Black Belt certification within 2 years
• Experience leading improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis software
