Job Summary
To drive strategic quality improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Principal Quality Improvement Consultant will lead complex projects, collaborate with operational leaders, and utilize performance improvement methodologies in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations of quality and safety issues to enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs
- Facilitate performance improvement projects, partnering with local teams to implement sustainable changes
- Coach less experienced consultants and assist leaders in establishing performance standards and metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in Quality/Performance Improvement
- Six Sigma Lean Silver, Gold, or Black Belt certification within 2 years
- Experience leading improvement initiatives in a healthcare setting
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis software
