Job Summary

To lead a dynamic Radiation Therapy program, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Radiation Therapy Director will manage curriculum development, oversee faculty staffing, and teach six courses annually, with the flexibility to work remotely from select states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage curriculum design, accreditation processes, and student learning assessments
• Recruit and evaluate faculty to ensure effective program staffing and support
• Administer academic program operations, including course scheduling and student applications

Required qualifications

• Master's degree (or commitment to complete within three years of employment)
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in radiation therapy
• Three years of clinical experience in radiation therapy
• Two years of teaching experience in a JRCERT-accredited program
• Proficiency in curriculum design and program administration
