Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level2 Registered Dietician.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess members' nutrition needs and analyze data from continuous glucose monitors (CGMs)
Provide nutrition education and medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for diabetes and related comorbidities
Conduct group coaching sessions and collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive member care

Required Qualifications:

Licensed Registered Dietitian with an active and unrestricted license in state of residence
1+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian
1+ years of coaching/behavior change experience with proven results
Experience working with groups and individuals virtually
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
