Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse for the Weight Management Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interprofessional team to provide care to patients on GLP-1 medications
• Educate patients on self-management techniques and monitor their weight loss progress
• Implement nurse-initiated protocols and conduct regular follow-ups for continuous patient support

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program
• At least one year of RN experience in an applicable care setting, or one year of LPN experience at the organization if the nursing program was not accredited
• Ambulatory/Primary Care RN experience preferred
• Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
