Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle - Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and implements strategies to achieve organizational objectives in coding functions
• Oversees coding operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality in processes
• Develops and monitors budgets, performance metrics, and fosters strong working relationships across departments

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of related experience in revenue cycle management
• 5 years of people leadership experience
• Certification such as RHIA, RHIT, CHRI, CCS, CPC, CCS-P, RN, CDIS, or CDIP
