Minnesota Licensed RN Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Endoscopy Support team, the part-time Minnesota Licensed RN Specialist will perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions, working remotely with a flexible daytime schedule of 64 hours per 2-week pay period, while assisting providers with complex procedures and patient care coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and implement nursing interventions based on the plan of care
• Evaluate patient care and responses to interventions, ensuring adherence to professional practice guidelines
• Assist providers with complex procedures and perform various nursing tasks including patient education and chart documentation

Required qualifications

• Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS Certification
• Prefer at least 1 year of GI or Endoscopy experience
• Prefer 5 years of hospital or clinic experience, or 2 years of specialty/critical care experience with specialty certification
• Ability to keyboard and utilize computer applications
