Key Responsibilities

• Handle primarily inbound calls to create and present health insurance packages
• Suggest modifications to existing insurance policies and nurture leads through outbound calls
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and meet department attendance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of Call Center & Sales experience
• Life and Health Insurance license required upon hire
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet sales quotas
• Strong experience with PC applications and solution selling approaches
• Coachability and openness to feedback
