Job Summary

A company is looking for an SAP HR/PAYROLL specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Leaves Department to streamline the Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) process
• Utilize the SAP FMLA Workbench to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance in leave management
• Facilitate discussions and meetings to explore access and implementation of the SAP FMLA Workbench

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HR/PAYROLL systems
• Knowledge of leave management processes, particularly related to PFML
• Understanding of SAP roles and access requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
