Minnesota Licensed Senior Accounts Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the complete order-to-cash cycle, the full-time remote Minnesota Licensed Senior Accounts Manager will manage billing, revenue recognition, credit, collections, and cash application while leading an offshore accounts receivable team in Bangladesh.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, including billing and collections
• Lead and develop the offshore accounts receivable team, focusing on hiring, training, and performance management
• Implement data-driven collections strategies and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Experience managing offshore teams and working in a rapidly growing company
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on continuous process improvement
