Job Summary
Providing technical expertise and leadership, the remote Minnesota Licensed Senior Application Analyst will configure, document, test, and maintain Epic Cadence Referrals software applications while ensuring optimal program performance and supporting business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure applications, translating business requirements into software specifications
- Conduct unit testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of deliverables
- Evaluate and troubleshoot production issues, providing ongoing operational support and implementing improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- 5 years of IT application experience
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
- Epic certification in Cadence and/or Referrals with a minimum of 5 years of administration experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of database structure and reporting techniques
