Key responsibilities
- Lead legal support for mid-sized acquisitions and strategic transactions, including negotiation of purchase agreements
- Manage a team of attorneys and legal staff while establishing scalable workflows and best practices
- Advise on transaction strategy, support enterprise growth initiatives, and provide post-close legal guidance
Required qualifications
- J.D. and active law license
- 10+ years of M&A and transactional legal experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume deal environments
- Solid executive communication skills
