Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Attorney to provide legal services on complex matters to advance organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on conservation real estate matters and related transactions
• Review organizational documents and prepare agreements, including government grants and contracts
• Supervise paralegals and potentially other attorneys or legal volunteers

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent and a license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5 years of relevant legal experience or 3 years with significant responsibilities
• Experience negotiating complex transactions and agreements
• Experience with real estate transactions
