Minnesota Licensed Senior Collections Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Officer (Temp) to manage the collections process and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collections of outstanding balances
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce delinquency rates
• Monitor account statuses, follow up on overdue payments, and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field required
• 7+ years of experience in collections, specific to late stage Ag loans
• 5+ years of experience analyzing Ag credits and managing multiple accounts
• Strong understanding of collections processes and relevant regulations
• 5+ years of negotiation experience in collections workout situations
