Minnesota Licensed Senior Structural Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer specializing in Industrial/Advanced Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design efforts for moderate to large industrial projects, including analysis and preparation of engineering drawings
• Mentor and guide entry and mid-level engineers and designers, providing technical direction and performance feedback
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve structural issues and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in structural, civil, or architectural engineering from an ABET accredited program; master's coursework preferred
• Current Professional Engineer License (PE) is required
• At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering and design, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing projects
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers/designers on large projects
• Proficient in engineering software such as CSi SAP2000, SAFE, RISA Suite, and BIM software like Revit
