Job Summary
Minnesota Licensed Senior Structural Engineer, responsible for leading structural design efforts on industrial projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts, including research, system selection, and preparation of engineering drawings
- Mentor and guide entry and mid-level engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve structural issues and maintain project alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in structural, civil, or architectural engineering from an ABET accredited program
- Current Professional Engineer License (PE) is required
- At least 15 years of experience in structural engineering and design, with 3 years in industrial or manufacturing markets
- Experience with modular structural design and leading teams of engineers/designers
- Proficient in engineering software such as CSi SAP2000, SAFE, and RISA Suite, as well as BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD
