Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSW Social Worker for a Quality Operations Call Center position, which is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to meet quality metrics and production targets
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings in compliance with requirements
• Provide members with resources to improve Social Determinants of Health and coordinate community resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted LSW license in state of residence (if required)
• 2+ years of experience as a social worker
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare delivery setting
• Experience addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) and associated barriers
