A company is looking for a Specialty Benefits Sales Rep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams to achieve market sales goals and maintain profitability
  • Consult on strategy calls regarding specialty products and develop presentations as a subject matter expert
  • Create strategies for top producing General Agent partners and facilitate communication on specialty topics
Required Qualifications
  • Must maintain sales insurance license(s) as required by state law
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Team lead, coaching, or mentoring experience
  • Solid knowledge of market segment products and competitive offerings
  • Existing broker and/or consultant relationships in the marketplace
