A company is looking for a Specialty Benefits Sales Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales teams to achieve market sales goals and maintain profitability
- Consult on strategy calls regarding specialty products and develop presentations as a subject matter expert
- Create strategies for top producing General Agent partners and facilitate communication on specialty topics
Required Qualifications
- Must maintain sales insurance license(s) as required by state law
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management in the insurance or financial services industry
- Team lead, coaching, or mentoring experience
- Solid knowledge of market segment products and competitive offerings
- Existing broker and/or consultant relationships in the marketplace
