Job Summary
To support Minnesota K-12 schools, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Speech Pathologist will deliver high-quality speech and language instruction, evaluate student progress, and design individualized treatment plans as a 1099 Independent Contractor for the 2026-27 school year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging virtual speech and language instruction while building rapport with students
- Evaluate students' speech and language levels and create actionable goals based on findings
- Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals, collaborating with school staff and administrators
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Minnesota professional license
- No disciplinary actions on any held licenses
- Experience with tele-health platforms for assessment and therapy in a school/IEP context
- Reliable technology setup, including webcam, headset, and high-speed internet
- Authorization to work in the United States
