Job Summary

A company is looking for a CAAS Staff Accountant to join their Client Accounting and Advisory Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transaction accounting activities, including reconciliations, inventory, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare and review financial statements and complex sales and use tax returns while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Maintain accounting records and communicate with clients regarding transactions and potential issues

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of related experience
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger processes
• Experience with month-end and year-end close procedures
