Minnesota Licensed Technical Service Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting remote monitoring for cardiac devices, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Technical Service Specialist will analyze device data, communicate results to healthcare facilities, and provide technical support to callers during scheduled hours of 10pm-6am, Monday through Friday, with every fourth weekend required.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices and communicate results to facilities
• Provide technical support and accurate information to customers via phone and written communication
• Document and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking and regulatory purposes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or an advanced degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with reading and interpreting device diagnostics for cardiac devices
• Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
• Ability to work in multiple operating systems and utilize computer and telephone efficiently
