Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehospitalist - Evening.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete admissions and collaborate with the Access Center for patient transfers and triage
• Work collaboratively with patients to enhance their health and well-being
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to case management and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required; BE/BC with ABMS or AOA in Internal Medicine
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• ACLS/BLS certification required upon hire
• 3 years of Hospitalist experience preferred
