Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephone Triage Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls from clients, assessing needs and providing clinical options
• Facilitate referrals to primary providers, healthcare facilities, and community resources
• Educate callers on immediate care, advice, and preventative behaviors as appropriate

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current unrestricted RN license in Minnesota
• Ability to obtain unrestricted nursing licensure in other states
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Experience in an emergency or ambulatory care setting is a plus
• Background in telephone triage is ideal, though not required
